Accessibility Statement

I, Gali Nir, provide services in the fields of website building and design, AI-based design, and photography.

In this statement, my goal is to streamline usage and improve my service regarding accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.

My accessibility adjustments have been carried out in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Services) Regulations, 2013, at Level AA, subject to the changes and adaptations specified in the Israeli standard document.

Accessibility testing was performed on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge browsers.

Existing Accessibility Measures on the Site

  • Support for all standard-compliant browsers (Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla)
  • The site’s content is written in clear language, and legible fonts are used
  • The site’s structure is built using headings, paragraphs, and lists
  • Navigation on the site is simple and convenient, with accessible and clear menus
  • Links on the site are clear and indicate their destination upon clicking
  • Links at the top of the page allow skipping directly to the main content
  • Text descriptions (alt text) for images and icons are provided for assistive technologies
  • The site is responsive and adapts to different resolutions
  • Stop and play buttons for video galleries
  • Accessible menus, forms and fields, heading hierarchy, tab components, pop-up windows, and more

Changing the Site Display

  • You can enlarge or reduce the site display by pressing one of the “CTRL” keys together with the mouse wheel, or together with the “+” key to enlarge or the “-” key to reduce. Each press increases or decreases the screen by ten percent (10%).
  • The font size can be changed using the site’s accessibility menu.
  • Users who do not have a mouse or are unable to use one can operate the site’s features by pressing the “TAB” key. Each press moves the cursor to the next available option on the site.
  • Pressing the “Enter” key will activate the link currently under the cursor.
  • The site does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. Where such content exists, you can stop it by hovering over it and clicking the mouse, or by navigating to it with the “TAB” key and pressing “Enter.”

Adapting the Site for the Visually and Hearing Impaired

  • Basic screen magnifiers (resolution)
  • Voice recognition software
  • Operating system voice recognition packages

Accessibility Limitations

The site management does its best to ensure that all displayed pages are accessible. However, there may be pages that have not yet been made accessible or for which a suitable technological solution has not yet been found. In addition, for external advertisements placed by business owners advertising on the site, accessibility may not be complete or sufficient.
